西蘭花雞脾菇

今日煮埋前日買多了的西蘭花同媽咪之前來表哥俾的雞脾菇... 西蘭花就好食啦.. 但雞脾菇就麻麻啦....

真係開始又回復返煮飯仔... update blog... 同睇電視的生活添...

你用乜野調味來炒先?用蠔油用小小麻油同胡椒粉應該都幾唔錯架播.

諗住來過一陣,咩都費時買,只有我最愛的豉油雞汁,所以我咩都係用佢架!=p

個問題應該係「材料唔新鮮」,同我的技巧應該冇關的!;>
